Welcome to The Homestead.  I am glad you are here.  This is my homemade website and it is not fancy because I made and I am a therapist. I will sit on the floor with you while you cry about your hardest memory and I know nothing about web design.  

My name is Heather Alexander and besides being a mental health clinician I am also a pet lover, a mother and a wife, a plant obsessed book reader, a terrible joke teller, coffee drinking star-gazer, a shoe protester and I want nothing more than to help every one I meet feel just a little better.  I collect rocks, feathers and like to give hugs.  I am glad you are exploring therapist websites, maybe its time for you to start feeling better too?
